What is this data used for?
This data is only used for the following purposes:
- Our mutual contact
- Our agreement
- Requesting quotes on your behalf
Where is your information stated?
Your name, address and construction locations are used in our agreement and our mutual contact. Your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number are only mentioned in the technical description used for requesting quotes. Only the construction location is mentioned on reports used for the building permit. I also keep a list with your contact details and the construction location.
How is your data protected?
1. Document management
Except for requesting quotes, the documents containing your details will not be shared with anyone without your express permission. The documents are stored in my computer and in a NAS server outside my computer. My computer is not connected to other computers and the NAS server is not accessible to others. At your request, the documents containing your data can also be permanently deleted after completion of the project.
2. Management contact details
I include your contact details in a list that is kept in my computer. Your name and telephone number are in my mobile phone and your email address is in my computer. I will not share this information with third parties without your permission. My computer is as well protected as possible against intrusion by third parties. After completion of the project, your contact details can be deleted at your request.
3. Presentation photos and publications
As long as you do not object to this, presentation photos of the project will be taken by me or a photographer at the end of the project. These presentation photos are saved in a separate portfolio folder on my computer, under the name of the place where the project was realized.
These photos are used for my website, on social media, in presentations, at trade fairs and possibly in magazines, books, exhibitions and websites of related organizations. The photos are always presented under the name of the place where the project was realized. The photos are taken in such a way that there are no recognizable people in them. Any explanations for the photos are written in such a way that they do not contain any personal information about my clients. Construction costs are also not mentioned
Once again: if you object to the taking of presentation photos or their publication, please let me know. This can also be done at a later time.
